In June of 2020, Ramon Lavides transitioned into the newly formed role of Global Channel Manager for Iron Mountain Data Centers. He is responsible for developing, servicing, and growing relationships with channel partners, providing support on a global scale to include all regions for North America and Europe. Throughout his career, Ramon has worked with the channel partner community, developing business relationships, managing programs, and providing training support for both sales partners and master agency support team members. 

Ramon originally joined Iron Mountain Data Centers in November of 2018 as a senior business development executive for network ecosystem accounts. Prior to Iron Mountain, Ramon spent seven years focused on data center and cloud sales with Verizon/Terremark and Digital Realty Trust. His earlier career included stints at Windstream, tw telecom, and Integra Telecom.
